We did it! Angela, Leslie and I successfully RAN the Emerald Nuts Across the Bay 12K race today! It was actually pretty humorous... We were waiting in line for the port-a-potties, so missed the race start (crossed the start line more than 2 minutes after the official start). And then, we were all so excited that the weather was so beautiful and the scenery was so nice that Leslie tripped on a street reflector, fell and sprained her ankle. But, Leslie is a ROCK STAR and finished the entire race... sprained ankle and all!!!
